Out of all the buildings in NYC

I’m sure you heard about the plane crash yesterday. Please don't take this post the wrong way, I do feel awful for the family of Cory Lidel. Here is a little story to show how this accident hit a little close to home.

STORY:

There once was an aspiring interior designer who moved to New York City from Dallas, TX. Her name was Chelsea and one day she finally got her first big project at work. She was going to be the oneof the main designers in charge for this particular venture and she was so excited. The project was for the first floor of a condo on the Upper East side and it was a big piece of business. Then one day a Yankee pitcher decided to go for an afternoon flight, little did he know it would be his last. The plane then crashed into a condominium, coincidently it was on the Upper East side, same area as Chelsea’s BIG new project.

Now, there have only been four planes that have crashed into buildings in the history of New York city. There was the early incident with a small plane crashing into the Empire State Building, the two that crashed on 9/11, and this one. What are the odds that this plane crashed into the same condo that Chelsea was working on. That's right, out of all the buildings in NY, Cory Lidle crashed into the very building that housed the condo project Chelsea was working on.

I know this is somewhat humorous, but it is terribly sad that people lost their lives. Chelsea is now contemplating if this is a sign to change professions.

NOTE: Again, this event is nothing to laugh at. My prayers and thoughts go out to those deeply impacted by this unfortunate tragedy.
